Who answers the phone?
The phone at (256) 540-7374 is answered by our Gadsden team Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. The person who quotes your rental can see the delivery routes, so same-day answers are real answers, not a callback from a call center.
If something goes wrong on a weekend, call the same number. Nicole reviews every service complaint personally.
How do we price rentals?
We price rentals with one itemized quote that lists the unit, delivery, pickup, servicing, any rush fee and tax. We do not add fuel surcharges or card fees at checkout. Short rentals of a week or less get a short-term rate instead of a full 28-day cycle.
See the rental cost guide and our rental terms.
What do we expect from our service crew?
Our service crew follows 4 steps on every visit: pump the tank, wash and sanitize the inside, add fresh deodorizer, and restock paper and sanitizer. Drivers text a photo after each delivery so you can see the unit is set and level.
